Sorry, we do not retail. We only cater to the wholesaler market.

We do not hold stock of any items, the production of every order begins upon receiving confirm order.

Q3.Do you provide samples of your products?
|
We have gone to great lengths to present the products on our website to show a true likeness to the actual products. Subject to availability, because we hold no stock, we try to provide representative sample of most of our items.If you need samples of our products, please select the items that you have interest, send us the list by email and we will answer you with pleasure about the cost of your order and shipment to your country or locality.

Q4.Do you charge for your samples?
Sample and shipping charges are payable by the customer. You can send us a cashier’s check or make a Telegraphic Transfer for the same.
We can also send samples through DHL (Import Account No.) and FEDEX (Account No. having credit facility) on your account. For the same please provide required no. along with letter of authorization.

Q5.Do you have MOQ?

Yes, we have minimum order quantities. Please let us know the items or product codes of your interest by using Order Form. We will let you know our minimum accordingly.

Q6.How long will it take to make my order?

This will depend on the size and complexity of the order itself. Please let us know the quantities and descriptions of the items that you require so that we can advise you of our production schedule.

Q7.Why don’ t you state your prices on your website?

We are a B2B company and do not sell to the general public. We are actually asked by many customers not to state our prices on our website. The reason being that our customers do not want their customers to see how much they are paying for our products. Additionally, we would like to know what kind of customer has an interest in our products, where they are from, and their lines of business, etc. that help us to tune in to our customers’ needs and provide them with more information of new products when they become available. It also helps to verify whether or not a customer is operation a bona fide business.
